The Referral Process

From enquiry to admission

Initial Enquiry

Contact us by phone, email, or the form below with the young person’s basic details and needs.

Assessment of Fit

We review the referral against our current pathways and vacancies, and come back with a fast, honest answer.

Placement Planning

If it’s a good fit, we build an individual placement plan with the placing authority, family, and any existing professionals involved.

Admission & Review

A planned, supported admission followed by regular reviews to track progress and adjust the plan as needed.
